I want to get in great shape, but I don’t want to work at it.

Wear it Right! Army Uniform Guide

I want to get in great shape, but I don’t want to work at it. Not going to happen. However, there is a smart way to get in shape without “killing” yourself in the process, but it still takes work.

The trick is to start where your level of fitness is and build up from there. Try my proven, easy-to-follow program to go from dud to stud in a few months. It will be tough, but it starts at your level. Why is that important? It is important so you don’t injure yourself trying to get in shape and so you also don’t get frustrated and quit. Within 2 weeks, you will noticeable gains, and within a month, you should see at least a 30 point increase in your PT score.
