Purpose: This regulation prescribes the standard survey disc to be used throughout the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), discontinues the former central procurement of survey discs, and authorizes USACE Commands to procure these discs directly from commercial suppliers.

Purpose:  This regulation provides guidance on the evaluation framework to be used in Corps of Engineers flood damage reduction studies.  It is jointly promulgated by Planning and Engineering.
