This regulation sets the policies, responsibilities, and procedures for the review of education and training activities in orders to improve their effectiveness and efficiency; the development and conduct of interservice training and nonresident courses; and the exchange and development of education and training resources, research data, and training technology.
Applicability: This regulation applies to the Active and Reserve Components of all the Services, to include the United States Coast Guard.
