Two weeks ago, military authors and AskTOP Subject Matter Experts Mark Gerecht and Jo Rusin visited Fort Campbell to meet with Soldiers and sign copies of their Army leadership books. The event was a success due in large part to the support of the MCSS management team and staff. Thank you, Campbell MCSS, for hosting us once again.

If you managed to stop by during the event, thanks for your participation! If you are interested in attending a future book signing or professional development events, keep an eye on Twitter or Facebook for details. Events like these are good opportunities to chat with authors about the challenges you face as a leader and gain some on-the-spot, impartial feedback.

Mark Gerecht’s books focus on leadership techniques and procedures that help Soldiers lead efficiently and mitigate their administrative pain. His flagship title is The Mentor: Everything you Need to Know about Leadership and Counseling.

Jo B. Rusin writes about the unique challenges female Soldiers face in the profession of arms. Her latest book, Women on Your Team: a Man’s Guide to Leading Women, is a guidebook for leaders attempting to motivate and utilize woman Soldiers as part of a successful team.
