This is all dependent upon the needs of the Army. If Campbell is still short your MOS and Grade and there is no other higher priority assignment you will most likely go to Campbell. You should consider calling your assignment manager at HRC as they can look and see what the strength for Campbell looks like a provide you with a more informed decision.
