Usually, company grade a article 15 is filed at the unit and destroyed with the Soldier separates. If you were an E-4 or below odds are it might not be in your records. If you were an E-5 or above it could be in your official records. Usually as long as you tell the truth Articles 15’s are not held against you for the sake of a security clearance.
