Yes, they can cancel your terminal leave as this is not an entitlement, I don’t believe they can move your ETS date for UCMJ unless you are pending courts marital. They can hold you up to your ETS date for sure. See AR 600-8-10 for4 specific information concerning Terminal Leave.
