Per: AR 635-200 (Unless otherwise annotated)

 

Processed for Separation,” means that separation action will be initiated and processed through the chain of command to the separation authority for appropriate action.  This does not mean that the soldier will be separated.  The separation authority has several different factors that he/she can approve.
