This publication is for soldiers holding MOS 14J (Skill Levels 1 through 4), their trainers, or first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives in the form of task summaries that trainers and supervisors should use to train and evaluate soldiers on critical tasks that support unit missions during wartime. Soldiers holding MOS 14J (Skill Levels 1 through 4) must have access to this publication. It should be available in the soldier’s work area, unit learning center, and unit libraries.
