Written Agreement – Army Reserve Soldiers Assigned to Mobilizing Units Data Required by the Privacy Act of 1974. It states its principal purpose as to explain obligation and participation requirements for first-term Army Reserve Troop Program Unit (TPU) Soldiers assigned to Army Reserve units scheduled for mobilization on or after 1 Aug 09. Confirmation of obligation and participation requirements, and occasionally as a basis for reassignment and separation if requirements are not met.
