Complaint of Wrong Doing by Commanding Officer applies to any member of the organized militia wronged by his/her commanding officer. It provides guidance to members relating to the processing and administering of any complaint of wrong. It establishes procedures tor the preparation, submission, and disposition of complaints made by a member of the organized militia against a commanding officer.
