Example Memorandum of Instruction (MOI), NCO/Soldier of the Quarter Board

This is a Word format version of a Memorandum of Instruction (MOI), NCO/Soldier of the Quarter Fiscal Year. It can be used as an example of a MOI, NCO/Soldier of the Quarter Board Quarter Fiscal Year if you ever need to write one. It can also be used to learn what you would need to do and know if you were in the competition. It also has an attachment with further information to help prepare you for the competition. This example MOI prescribes the procedures for the selection of the Brigade NCO/Soldier of the Quarter Candidates. The NCO/Soldier of the Quarter Board will convene at date convened.  All board members will assemble at the 30 min prior.
