Class/briefing that contains 15 slides and covers the types of hand receipts.  It reviews DA Form 2062 and DA Form 3161. DA Form 2062 can be used for Permanent Hand Receipt, Temporary Hand Receipt, Shortage Annex, Component Hand Receipt and Sub-hand Receipt with Sub-hand Receipt being the most common. DA Form 3161 can be used for Temporary Hand Receipt, Permanent Hand Receipt, Lateral Transfer, Turn-in Document and Issue Document. Issue and Turn-in documents are used as a quick means to get the customer in and out without using Unit Level Logistics System (ULLS)-S4.
