SCOPE: This course is the fifth in a series of awareness training on Army leadership.
This course is designed so that leaders throughout the Army can introduce the concepts in FM 6-22 to their Soldiers and Army Civilians. It can be taught in a classroom environment or used as a self-paced module by the individual Soldier. This briefing can also be used to prepare TRADOC instructors for the task of teaching portions of this manual in leadership development courses within the officer, NCO, enlisted, and Army civilian education systems.
As leaders take on roles of increasing responsibility they often find themselves serving at the organizational and strategic levels of the Army. This course will discuss the challenges that exist when leading at these levels and some of the skills that can be useful when leading at those levels.
