SCOPE: This lesson will provide an overview of Army leadership, and the Army leader. The goal of this block of instruction is to assist you, as an Army leader, to understand the concepts and emerging doctrine of Army leadership as presented in FM 6-22, and to be able to apply that knowledge. This block covers key concepts of FM 6-22 and can be used independently, or in a supportive role to courses two through five.
