This publication is for SL 3/4/5 soldiers holding MOS 79RÂ Recruiter to include USAR 79R personnel performing duties within the USAREC, their trainers and first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives in the form of task summaries. Leaders will use these objectives to train and evaluate soldiers on critical tasks which support their unit mission. Soldiers holding MOS 79R SL 3/4/5 must have access to this publication. It should be made available in the soldier’s work area, in the unit’s learning center and libraries.
