This joint regulation prescribes responsibilities and guidance for the preparation of the DOD In-House RDTE Annual Activities Report. Because of the report’s credibility, wide use, and value to laboratory management, great care must be taken in preparing and submitting accurate data. When possible, the same person or group will prepare data for the report annually to insure thorough familiarity with the requirements of this regulation.
