This is a standard operating procedures for submission of OERs. It can be used as an example of how to write a standard operating procedures for submission of OERs.
- Purpose: To establish procedures to process officer evaluations using the following:
- DA Form 67-9, Officer Evaluation Report Form, dated March 2006
- DA Form 67-9-1, Officer Evaluation Support Form, dated March 2006
- DA Form 67-9-1a, Developmental Support Form, dated March 2006
