Errata Sheet No. 1 Project Operations PARTNERS AND SUPPORT (WORK MANAGEMENT GUIDANCE AND PROCEDURES) EP 1130-2-500 27 December 1996
In EP 1130-2-500, paragraph 7-6e, the dollar amount for the disposal of floating plant is stated at $50,000. This is inconsistent with ER 1130-2-500, paragraph 15-2i(1), which states the same criteria in the amount of $200,000. The EP should be consistent with the ER and reflect the $200,000 limit. This was an administrative oversight during the regulation consolidation effort in 1995-1996. This change also corrects a misspelling. Therefore, paragraph 7-6e should read as follows: “e. Disposal of Floating Plant. No item of floating plant, having an original cost of $200,000 or more, shall be sold, transferred, declared excess, or otherwise disposed of, without obtaining authority from HQUSACE, CECW-OD.”
