I am using the CWCCIS tables and it appears they only go back to 1967. What do we do for years prior to 1967?

That’s an excellent question. The EM includes the following text: “Assistance. If assistance is required in understanding the methodology, or in obtaining updates of the cost index tables, contact the Chief, Cost Engineering Branch, CENWW-ED-C, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, phone (509) 527-7510.”
Maybe that’s a good place to turn?
