You could file a complaint with the OIC of the medical clinic, if that does not work see if the Patient Affairs Office at the hospital will intervene, you also have the ability to make a complaint through the IG, and finally perhaps the best option is to have your commander call the OIC of the medical clinic and tell them you are not receiving adequate care, and should they fail to provide adequate care to you in the future, your commander will file a formal complaint.
