See AR 25-50 typically military font is Arial 12. While having multiple fonts may look strange or potentially portray the counselor in a less than professional light having different fonts would not invalidate the counseling session.

There is no single standard military font that is used for everything in the military. Generally, the military uses block fonts and stencil fonts.

AR 25-50 para 1-19, specifically states:
1–19. Type fonts and sizes
Use type fonts and sizes that make the correspondence easy to read and understand. The following guidelines will
provide the best results:
a. A font with a point size of 12 is recommended.
b. Preferred type font is Arial.
c. Unusual type styles, such as Script, will not be used in official correspondence.
d. Use guidance in DA Memorandum 25–52 and DoDM 5110.04–M–V1 for Congressional or correspondence for
the signature of the Secretary of Defense.
Therefore there is flexibility in selecting fonts previous version of AR 25-50 outlined specific fonts and types.

I have a question about powerpoint presentation font type(s), size(s) bullets, etc. Is there a standard to that is followed? 12 font does not seem to be the best idea and it cause more clutter.

There are no standards for PowerPoint presentations. Typically these are local standards established by the command. You might find the reference book useful.

Times New Roman is the old guidance and Arial is the newer (since 2013) preferred font. AR 25-30 doesn’t mention font….
