I was in a motorcycle accident and my chain of command directed that I perform over 100 hours of riding mentorship before I can use my cycle again by myself. However no one will mentor me. What can I do?

You might consider speaking with JAG or the IG as the chain of command mostly like should provide you the tools to complete the plan of action. If the plan of action is viewed as unreasonable or unattainable then most likely they will have to modify the plan of action.
