This response is provided based on the information you shared and should not be used as the sole source for making a decision. You should seek guidance from the chain of command, IG, JAG or other certified agencies before making any decisions. How you chose to use this information is totally up to you and is your sole responsibility.

This is about your HEALTH and WELL BEING! I would strongly encourage you to seek assistance from Behavioral Health.

A Swap is usually very hard to pull off and both units have to agree with the move along with HRC (if memory serves me correctly).

If you plan to make the Army a career you will need to learn to deal with these type of difficulties but don’t deal with them alone.

Seek assistance from your chain of command and Behavioral Health if you feel you require it.

I am sorry I could not provide you with a better response!

This is not about the assignment it is about your well being!
