Can a Corporal frequently recall me to duty and just show up in my room and smoke me for no reason?

This response is provided based on the information you shared and should not be used as the sole source for making a decision. You should seek guidance from the chain of command, IG, JAG or other certified agencies before making any decisions. How you chose to use this information is totally up to you and is your sole responsibility.

Corrective Training is authorized but smoke sessions are illegal. If you are injured and the leader is performing a smoke session they are responsible for any injury you may incur. Within reason a leader can recall you to duty. This cannot be the norm and this authority cannot be abused.

I would encouraged to go to our YouTube Channel: Mentor Military….see link below and watch the 3 part series on corrective training.

You might want to consider bringing this behavior up to your Platoon Sergeant, Plt Leader, and/or the 1SG. Generally they will not support this type of behavior.

HOPE THIS HELPS

Respectfully,
