It your resources together…see attached and also check in with your 1SG make sure you have their support and understand what their expectations are. Consider having a barracks meeting with all personnel to go over standards, policy, and procedures.
Keep in mind if you keep the barracks to standard leadership is more likely to stay out of your hair. The choose is up the Soldiers. Have your NCO’s checking your rooms everyday or have them trust that you are doing the right thing and then they only spot check.
