I don’t like to exercise, how do I get in shape?

The Evaluator - Army Evaluation & Counseling Guide

Nothing happens until something moves. Getting in shape is a combination of the self discipline of healthy eating and exercise. For the record, you don’t need to eat all healthy food and exercise two hours a day. Start replacing an unhealthy mainstay with a healthy one that you like and start exercising at an easy point and build up. Rome was not built in a day, so getting in shape takes a month or two. Keep it simple. I have created a fitness program that whether you are completely out of shape or in excellent shape, will allow you to safely improve and build up your muscle endurance, muscle strength, and cardio in as little as 25 minutes or less a day. Most importantly, my program builds all the major muscle groups and focuses on building muscles around you key joints in your legs, core, upper body, and wrists. Why is that important? This minimizes wear and tear to your joints so that you can be active well into older age with much less joint pain. All you have to do is follow the program and if you aren’t motivated to do it yourself, get a friend so you hold each other accountable. Most people see at least a 30 point gain in their pt score within 30 days. To get the program, get a copy of my book MAX Out the Army, Navy, Marine, and Air Force Physical Fitness and Combat Fitness Tests.
