Can an NCO stop me from smoking during PT hours even if I am not participating in PT or in the PT area?

Typically this would be considered inappropriate unless there was a safety issue associated with it and/or you were violating the post smoking policy. Only a commander can revoke smoking privileges or use of Tabaco using revocation of privileges’. An NCO can only recommend such action.
