This publication is for SL 1 and 2 Soldiers holding MOS 42A Human Resources Specialist and their trainers/first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives in the form of task summaries, which can be used to train and evaluate Soldiers on critical tasks that support unit missions during wartime. Soldiers holding the MOS/SL 42A1 and 2 should have access to this publication.
