It is based on the 28 February 2005 edition of AR 735-5, Property Accountability: Policies and Procedures for Property Accountability. Use AR 735-5 as your principal reference. When using this guide, check for any changes to the regulation. The Administrative Law Division, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, is available to brief you prior to and during your investigation. We encourage you to seek legal advice at all stages of your investigation.
