This regulation prescribes policy, responsibilities, and procedures for counseling, filing, processing, investigating, settling, deciding, and acting on equal employment opportunity complaints. The processing of all EEO complaints filed by Army civilian employees, former employees, applicants for employment, and certain contractor employees will be governed by this regulation. This regulation is hereby revised to reflect changes made by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its regulations and through the issuance of new or revised directives.
