This regulation defines the mission, composition, and direction and control of the Army Management Evaluation Policy Committee. The MEPC will management Army forum for information and coordination on various investigative, inspection, audit, internal review, and other management evaluation activities. Review of Army–wide conditions to determine trends that require top management attention. Coordination on review and oversight of Army–wide internal control system. Point of coordination for Army efforts to combat fraud and waste; enhance economy, efficiency, and management improvements; and support Army officials who are members of DOD forums concerned with similar matters.
Applicability: This regulation does not apply to the Army National Guard and the US Army Reserve.
