Purpose: This policy guidance defines the requirements and processes for USACE corporate recruitment and selection used for applicable positions covered under the General Schedule (GS), Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) and positions in the Laboratory Personnel Demonstration Project (Lab Demo). Revision reflects changes resulting from pay system change from National Security Personnel System (NSPS) to General Schedule (GS). ER 690-1-1203 dated 17 Jun 09 will continue to apply to NSPS positions, for which that policy applied, until the positions are converted from NSPS.
