This publication is for soldiers holding MOS 14T (Skill Levels 1 through 4) and their trainers or first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives, in the form of task summaries, which trainers and supervisors should use to train and evaluate soldiers on critical tasks, which support unit missions during wartime. Soldiers holding MOS 14T must have access to this publication. It should be available in the soldier’s work area, unit learning center, and unit libraries.
