This publication is for SL 3/4/5 soldiers holding MOS 79S Career Counselor to include Company Reenlistment NCOs appointed in an additional duty capacity. It contains standardized training objectives in the form of task summaries. Leaders will use these objectives to train and evaluate soldiers on critical tasks, which support their unit mission. Soldiers holding MOS 79S SL 3/4/5 must have access to this publication.
