This regulation establishes policies, procedures, and responsibilities pertaining to selected Army Medical Department programs and initiatives. Since policies and procedures contained in this regulation may change conditions of employment of bargaining unit members, the responsible commander or manager should be aware of and comply with bargaining obligations based on law, regulation, or relevant collective bargaining agreements.
