This regulation—
a. Implements DODI 5500.15 as it applies to the review of legality of weapons under international law.
b. Prescribes procedures and assigns responsibilities for submission of weapons or weapon systems to The Judge Advocate General for legal review under international law.
Applicability: This regulation does not apply to the Army National Guard and the US Army Reserve.
