How can I ensure my unit is submitting our Evaluation Reports on time?

Do you have any SOPs or other information that may improve Evaluation completion times?

The Mentor - A Comprehensive Guide to Army Counseling and Leadership

The best way to increase the timeliness of Evaluation Reports is to have a simple and clear SOP that tells leaders when to have the evaluation report completed and allow enough time for it to be reviewed.  Another option is to consider counseling leaders that fail to submit reports on time or even consider placing a comment on their evaluation report if they fail to properly take care of their subordinate leaders’ evaluation report.  This should be reserved for serious or repeat offenders.

We have some SOPs that might help you with what you are looking for.  On Asktop.net there is a tab called the ARMSROOM. This area  of the Site is where we share all types of information with leaders.  You might also search the ARMS Room for other key words like: NCOERs, Policy Letters, AR 623-3, or other words to narrow your search.
