This Change 1 to ER 1130-2-500, 27 Dec 96:
a. Makes District Commanders responsible for the approval/ execution of challenge cost-sharing agreements that involve water resources projects solely with their district.
b. Approval of agreements of $200,000 (total cost) or less may be delegated to the District Chief of Operations.
c. Approval of agreements of $200,000 (total cost) or less may be delegated to Operations Projects Managers.
