What kind of trouble can a jr soldier get into if he is driving an undispatached TMP vehicle from Brussels to Germany and it was his responsibility to check and make sure he had a good vehicle? The trip trip was authorized for a TDY. Lack of attention to detail on his part.

trouble could range from a counseling to courts martial depending on the issue. Most likely UCMJ. however if there was an incident that involved injury or death of a local national you are now talking sofa agreements which could result in the soldier being turned over to local authorities for administration of justice

A lot of trouble. First, it is the responsiblity of the Soldier/Individual to insure the vehicle is properly dispatched. Secondly, he/she could be facing sitation for operating vehicle without proper authorization. I understand he/she was approved for TDY but you should also make sure you were authorization use of a Government vehicle.
