Purpose: The purpose of this regulation is to set forth Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (HQUSACE) policies and procedures regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) mission in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Construction Grants Program (CGP) as assigned to the Corps by EPA through a National EPA/ Corps Interagency Agreement (IAG) and to designate responsibility for implementation of the provisions of that IAG.
