Purpose: This regulation prescribes the definition, methods, techniques and procedures for the management, operation, maintenance, and reporting of all civil works funded motor vehicles assigned the Corps of Engineers. This regulation is intended to allow commanders/managers at its lowest level to manage its fleet within the purview of that command.
