How do I get promotion points for items that are missing from my records?

I have some items that would count for promotion points that aren't currently in my record, what should I do?

A Soldier’s promotion score is established entirely based on the data collected and stored in the personnel and training databases. Therefore, it’s imperative that you update your records to reflect accurately so you are not short handed come the 8th of the month and HRC determines the monthly cut-off scores. For updates regarding personnel information (awards, civilian education, APFT & weapon data, deployments), see your unit S1. To update your training records through ATRRS, see your unit training NCO.
