My Unit is Chaptering me but they Should be Sending me to a Medical Board; What Can I do?
I joined the Army and then developed bulimia. They tried to med board me 2 years ago but I told them no! I love the Army and will beat this thing. Well I didn't... my metabolism slowed down and I put on alot of weight. Since then I PCS'ed and my unit is chaptering me for height and weight. If a Soldier fails to complete TG 358 and Army Move!23 Questionnaire are they considered an ABCP program failure?
AR 600-9 states that Soldiers that fail the (ABCP) must read USAPHC TG 358 and complete Army Move!23 questionnaire So can the Soldier be considered an ABCP program failure if they faile to meet the requirements above? AR 600-9 The Army Body Composition Program
This regulation establishes policies and procedures for the implementation of the Army Body Composition Program. The primary objective of the ABCP is to ensure all Soldiers achieve and maintain optimal well-being and performance under all conditions.
Are Soldiers required to weigh in prior to or after the PT test?
We just took our PT Test and all completed the test. One Soldier however, did not, participate in the weigh-in. The 1SG let him go without weighing in, and I do not agree because I know the regulation says we have to weigh-in before or after the PT Test. What can I do to stop this special treatment?..
