SCOPE: This lesson will define the basis for Army leadership. The goal of this block of instruction is to assist you, as an Army leader, to understand what leadership is and does. This block of instruction covers chapters 1-3 of FM 6-22 and is intended to supplement the first block of instruction which was an overview of FM 6-22 covering the core concepts of Army leadership.
