When does my APFT score expire?

How long is an APFT good for?

The Board Master - Army Promotion Board Study Guide

APFT scores are valid for 12 months. Every promotable Soldier must maintain a valid APFT otherwise they will be automatically dropped from the Promotion Standing List and lose their promotable status.

IAW AR 350-1 Soldiers should take the APFT two times every calendar year at a minimum.
