This is a simultaneous membership program (SMP) SOP. It can be used as an example of how to write a SMP SOP. The purpose of this SOP is to provide training guidelines for ROTC Cadets participating in the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) in an ARNG/ USAR Troop Program Unit (TPU) unit.
