This publication is for skill level 1 and 2 Soldiers holding MOS 42A Human Resources Specialist and their trainers/first-line supervisors. It contains standardized training objectives in the form of task summaries, which can be used to train and evaluate Soldiers on critical tasks that support unit missions during wartime. Soldiers holding the MOS/SL/ASI 42A1/2 and F5 should have access to this publication. It should be made available in the Soldier’s work area, unit learning center, and unit library. Trainers and first-line supervisors should actively plan for Soldiers to have access to this publication.
