    On the signature block, if the two people signing are the same rank, who do you put on the left, and who do you put on the right? or do you put both names on the right?

      Duty Title / Position takes precedence. I.E. If a platoon leader happens to be Captain, and the Company Commander is a Captain, the Company Commander’s signature block is considered the higher of the two. Hope this helps. Eck
